In advance sales, visitors receive an E-Ticket in PDF format from us immediately after purchasing a ticket. You can advertise in the form of a banner on this E-Ticket (changing the motif over time is possible).
We send about 35% of our entrance tickets traditionally by post. We would be happy to include one or more flyers per letter in the shipment.
For quick ticket checks, each visitor receives a paper control band from us. We would be happy to print your advertising graphic on the control band.
A good opportunity to connect with our visitors is advertising with video trailers before our individual programme items. The trailer will be played on all stages. The trailer is played at least 5 times per stage and is shown during the opening and closing events. That's 42 broadcasts:

You can connect with our guests in advance by sharing your message via our news system or our social media channels. However, it must fit within the scope of the event. Product presentations in connection with a contest are best suited.
Through the ongoing programme on our radio station AnimeRadio.de, we reach around 4,900 listeners per day, many of whom also attend the Anime Festival Kassel. An advertising spot on the radio programme is the ideal way to reach your target group outside the scope of the Anime Festival Kassel. The 30-second spot is played twice an hour. If you don't have your own spot, we offer simple spot production for 200 Euro.
Are you interested in a promotion with a guest of honour / influencer of Anime Festival Kassel or would you like to invite a guest of honour yourself? Please approach us, we are always open for collaborations. By being named as a sponsor, you will be associated with all programme items before, during, and after the festival in connection with the guest.
Before and during the festival we offer various contests. You can brand popular contests like AMV-Contest, Cosplay Contest, noodle slurping test, Games Contest or drawing contest. Branding will take place on social media, in the programme booklet and on site during the event. Materials for branding must be provided by yourself.
Do you want our guests to be reminded of your product/brand all the time? Then simply brand one of our four stages. Available are the Indoor-Stage, Outdoor-Stage, Event-Stage and Gaming-Stage. Materials for branding must be provided by yourself, but we would be happy to implement your ideas collectively.
Apart from the stages, there is also the possibility to brand other areas of the festival, such as the merchant hall, gaming room, karaoke room, foyer etc. Please approach us about it. Materials for branding must be provided by yourself.
With exclusive advertising on the team's t-shirts, your company or product is represented in all areas of the event without much effort. The entire back of the t-shirt is available for your design.
Visitors who have ordered the Con Special receive, in addition to their ticket, an exclusive fabric bag with a t-shirt and a small surprise. By including something in these bags, you reach the Con Special purchasers and can enhance the exclusivity of the offer, for example through product samples or vouchers. This offer is free for all companies that have already purchased another marketing service of Anime Festival Kassel or if the content contributed increases the value of the Con Special for the visitor. The event is primarily organized by the Anime Kultur Verein and its volunteers. To be able to give something back to our many helpers, we are grateful for every financial donation or services that lead to a reduction in the event's costs. We are particularly interested in the following areas: Organisation / provision of programme items, provision of prizes for visitors, provision of technology and decorative materials, provision of gifts for helpers, services in various areas (e.g. first aiders, interpreters, technicians), partner advertising, financial donations
Position your 2.4m x 7.5m banner directly above the main entrance of Anime Festival Kassel. Thanks to the tram stop in front of the building, which is directly approached from the ICE train station, you not only reach our festival guests but also a much wider audience. (including printing & hanging)
Use the 10 flag poles on the forecourt of Kongress Palais Kassel for your advertising. With flags measuring 1.2m x 4m, you achieve maximum visibility. Thanks to the tram stop directly in front of the building, which is served by the line from the ICE train station, you not only reach our festival guests but also many passers-by and travellers. (including printing & hanging)
Roll-ups can be placed along the entrances and at central locations inside the building. Roll-ups must be provided by yourself. Please contact us in advance to clarify the size and positioning. You can also have the roll-ups produced by us. We will charge an additional 100 Euro per roll-up for this.
