For the time being, tickets for the Anime Festival Kassel can only be purchased directly via our online shop. On site, there will also be a box office. On site we accept cash as well as EC and credit cards. If you have any questions or problems, please feel free to contact us. We will find a solution for every problem!
There are currently no direct ticket agencies in Kassel. If you know a Japanese shop in Kassel and the surrounding area that would like to sell tickets for our event, we would be happy to receive an email with the contact details. Otherwise, tickets can be purchased at the AnimeFanShop.de warehouse sale in Berlin-Ahrensfelde and at the AnimeRadio.de / AnimeFanShop.de booths at other events. Students and pupils can now also benefit from the discounted tickets, which were previously only available for those under 18. Just select this ticket type and show your student or school ID at the ticket counter on site.
Children up to the age of 10 are admitted free of charge if they are accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. No extra ticket needs to be ordered online for children up to and including the age of 10; proof of age is sufficient at the box office.
Accompanying person for severely disabled persons with sign (B) in their ID have free entry and do not have to buy an extra ticket. At the box office it is sufficient to show your identity card.
