Files must be provided to us before the start of the contest, typically seven days in advance. You can upload them at any time in the Status-Portal after your registration.

The run-through script should ideally be provided seven days before the contest and can be uploaded in the Status-Portal after registration. Without specific instructions, the stage will be lit with standard lighting and any media files will simply be played from the beginning.

Here you can let us know if, for example, you need a table on stage or if there's something special to consider during your performance. Available are definitely light, sound, wireless microphone, screen/projector for video. We'll try to accommodate anything else, but there's no guarantee.
